'MellowCorner originated from a heartfelt vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizzas to Via Vittorio Emanuele, 101. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our small, family-operated pizza shop began with cherished recipes passed down many generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the art of pizza crafting during her explorations across Italy, training with expert pizza chefs in Naples—the pizza’s homeland. After returning to the UK, her mission was to share the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to traditional techniques and utilizing only premium materials.
What started as a quaint pizzeria with just 12 seats has flourished into a treasured neighborhood name, yet our pledge to excellence and genuine practices remains as steadfast as ever. We continue using classical wood-fired ovens, daily freshly prepared dough, and the finest ingredients we can procure.
Currently, 'MellowCorner' is still in the hands of the family, with descendants of the Rossi lineage at the helm of our devoted crew. Despite adopting some contemporary advancements, the essence of our operation stands unchanged: forging delectable, genuine pizzas that unite folks.
